The symbol of Crearsi is not simply a drawn shape:
it is a shape that emerges.
- The Geometry of Emergence

Three forms enter into relation, and at the point where they meet, something appears that none of them contains alone. It is an emergent property: something that does not belong to the individual parts, but arises from their relationship.
The three dimensions also evoke the fundamental worlds of human experience: physical, emotional-relational, and mental. Living in an integrated way does not mean privileging one of these worlds, but creating the conditions for them to relate to one another and find coherence. What emerges at the center is not a fourth part: it is a new quality of the whole.
The symbol thus encapsulates a central principle of our work: what truly matters, often, cannot be obtained directly. But we can create the conditions from which it may emerge.
A gardener cannot order a plant to grow. They can prepare the soil, nourish it, choose the right moment, remove what hinders growth, and tend to it. They do not produce growth: they create the conditions for it to occur.
In the same way, many of the deepest transformations of the human being are not achieved by imposing an outcome, but by consciously working on the conditions that make it possible.
The geometry of emergence is the geometry of Crearsi.

Tre forme entrano in relazione e, nel punto in cui si incontrano, appare qualcosa che nessuna di esse contiene da sola. È una proprietà emergente: qualcosa che non appartiene alle singole parti, ma nasce dalla loro relazione.
Le tre dimensioni richiamano anche i mondi fondamentali dell'esperienza umana, fisico, emotivo-relazionale e mentale. Vivere in modo integrato non significa privilegiare uno di questi mondi, ma creare le condizioni perché possano entrare in relazione e trovare coerenza tra loro. Ciò che emerge al centro non è una quarta parte: è una nuova qualità dell'insieme.
Il simbolo racchiude così un principio centrale del nostro lavoro: ciò che conta davvero, spesso, non può essere ottenuto direttamente. Possiamo però creare le condizioni dalle quali possa emergere.
Un giardiniere non può ordinare a una pianta di crescere. Può preparare il terreno, nutrirlo, scegliere il momento, eliminare ciò che ostacola la crescita e prendersene cura. Non produce la crescita: crea le condizioni perché possa avvenire.
Allo stesso modo, molte delle trasformazioni più profonde dell'essere umano non si ottengono imponendo un risultato, ma lavorando consapevolmente sulle condizioni che lo rendono possibile.
La geometria dell'emergere è la geometria del Crearsi.

- Die Geometrie des Entstehens

Drei Formen treten in Beziehung, und an dem Punkt, wo sie sich begegnen, erscheint etwas, das keine von ihnen alleine enthält. Es ist eine emergente Eigenschaft: etwas, das nicht zu den einzelnen Teilen gehört, sondern aus ihrer Beziehung entsteht.
Die drei Dimensionen rufen auch die grundlegenden Welten menschlicher Erfahrung auf: die physische, die emotional-relationale und die mentale. Integriert zu leben bedeutet nicht, eine dieser Welten zu bevorzugen, sondern die Bedingungen zu schaffen, damit sie in Beziehung treten und Kohärenz finden können. Was in der Mitte entsteht, ist kein vierter Teil: Es ist eine neue Qualität des Ganzen.
Das Symbol fasst damit ein zentrales Prinzip unserer Arbeit zusammen: Was wirklich zählt, kann oft nicht direkt erreicht werden. Aber wir können die Bedingungen schaffen, aus denen es entstehen kann.
Ein Gärtner kann einer Pflanze nicht befehlen zu wachsen. Er kann den Boden vorbereiten, ihn nähren, den richtigen Moment wählen, das Hindernis für das Wachstum beseitigen und sich darum kümmern. Er erzeugt kein Wachstum: Er schafft die Bedingungen, damit es geschehen kann.
Ebenso werden viele der tiefsten Transformationen des Menschen nicht durch das Aufzwingen eines Ergebnisses erreicht, sondern durch bewusstes Arbeiten an den Bedingungen, die es möglich machen.
Die Geometrie des Entstehens ist die Geometrie des Crearsi.
