&lt;p&gt;Very often brands find themselves stuck in an old fashioned <b>distribution</b> paradigm caused by a false sense of loyalty they have towards their dealer network and they do not recognize that this policy achieves nothing else than to limit the brands' reach and standing with the most important chain in the Element :&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
&lt;p&gt;The customers.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
&lt;p&gt;I am setting up <i>distribution</i> networks since more than 15 years now and i am often confronted with this very limiting belief. I have found that once a brand follows a more open policy in this area it only brings benefits to how the brand is perceived by the customer and it has the great potential to affect the brands' bottom line financial result in a positive way as well.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
&lt;p&gt;The message a brand should write on its Flag for the whole world to see when it comes to <u>distribution</u> is the following :&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
&lt;p&gt;YOU, Customer are very important to us. Actually without YOU there would be no US.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
WE designed this Product having YOU in mind all along the way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />

&lt;p&gt;And i tell you something else you actually do not want those 2 to 3% keeping your product they do not like and share bad experiences with their friends or family because there is not greater force that WEAKENS your brand than an unhappy customer&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
&lt;p&gt;Now as a brand you got to do your homework and help the Customer with his choice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
I call this the Sale before the Sale and what this is is basically taking the customer thru a Process where each and every question he might ever have about the Product is resolved before he even takes his creditcard out.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
&lt;p&gt;The Internet gives us this opportunity to deliver all these pieces of information to the customer in an automated and resource friendly way and we need to use it in every way we can. Especially when it comes to a new Product like ebikes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />

of Coins and Banknotes.</p>
<p>The Blind Man recognized the Marketer by the<br />
sound of his Shoe&#8217;s and asked if he was the one<br />
that earlier in the Day had written something onto<br />
his Cardboard.</p>
<p>The Marketer answered: &#8220;Yes&#8221;.</p>
<p>The Blind Man went on and asked: &#8220;What did you write on it ?&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Nothing untrue&#8230; I just rewrote your words in a different way&#8221;<br />
replied the Marketer who smiled and then walked away.</p>
